A graduate of Yale University’s top-ranked English literature program, I draw inspiration from all the brilliant teachers I have had. For two years I was a full-time instructor at The Rainard School for Gifted Students in Houston, TX, where I worked enthusiastically with a variety of children, many of whom had learning disabilities such as dislexia and ADHD. Having relocated to New York as a writer and journalist, I maintain my passion for teaching, learning, and helping young people succeed.
