How Would You Do on the PSAT?
For students who expect to score well, but want to assure themselves of crossing into National Merit territory, Ivy Bound offers “Speedy PSAT” the first two Sundays in October.
Each Sunday is a morning practice test followed by an evening review from 9:15p – 10:15p eastern. The instructor is a seasoned Ivy Bound tutor who will be going over difficult Math and difficult Grammar questions likely to be simulated on the real PSAT later in October.
The class is NOT for those who need extensive work. The best class for them is private tutoring or an SAT skills class that meets over the course of eight weeks.
The course is $125. We email the materials for students to print out. The test and review are conducted via Zoom. Students attend via computer, ideally while wearing a headset.
Students wanting private tutoring may enlist an Ivy Bound instructor for PSAT sessions at the reduced rate of $200 for every three hours. The tutoring may then extend to materials beyond the two issued PSATs. It does not include Ivy Bound’s SAT or ACT materials.
Date: Sunday, October 1, 2017 and Sunday, October 8, 2017
Time: 10:00am – 12:45pm
