About me

My name is Anjali Mangla. l am a junior at Yale in the Class of 2024. As a math and science peer tutor in high school, I helped raise my peers’ grades from the B range to the A range in Precalculus, Algebra II, and Chemistry. I am very interested in science and mathematics, but I also love to sing a cappella and discuss current events in my free time. I have conducted two scientific research internships, interned with an NGO, and founded my own organization to close the gender gap in STEM. I love to visit new places and often make the trip to India to visit family and friends. I also love to learn new languages, and can speak English, Hindi, and Spanish, while I am working to learn many more. My favorite place I have traveled to is Costa Rica.
