Give them a confident head start with Ivy Bound’s SSAT/ISEE Essentials Class, led by our Director of Standardized Test Prep, Mickey Allen. This class introduces the core verbal, reading, and quantitative skills tested on the most widely used admissions exams for selective private middle and high schools.
Whether taken as a standalone or paired with private tutoring, this course helps middle schoolers begin their test prep journey with clarity and confidence—covering the challenging material they’ll face while building the strategies, skills, and study habits needed to succeed.

6 hours of live, in-person instruction
Essential study materials
Access to 5+ full-length practice tests
One proctored practice exam with feedback
Weekly helplinefor one-on-one support outside of class
