Fundamentals of Self-Defense – Greenwich, CT
In this active and beginner-friendly class, students gain the confidence and skills to respond if ever faced with a physical threat. Led by a seasoned martial artist and personal security expert, the course includes clear instruction, live demonstrations, and safe, guided practice of how to handle punches, grabs, kicks, and more. No experience needed — just a willingness to learn.
