About me

Connor is a passionate teacher who values sharing his wide-ranging knowledge and love of learning with his students. He approaches each tutoring engagement as a unique opportunity to spark curiosity and build skills that will equip students for success in college and beyond.

Education comes in many forms, and every student learns in a unique manner. So, Connor takes the time to learn students' interests, motivations, and goals to best meet them where they are, guiding them step by step toward their goals. Connor works with students to improve grades and ace exams, but more importantly, he fosters critical academic skills like diligent study habits and mathematical intuition, helping students learn how to learn.

Connor has taught with Ivy Bound for three years, helping students improve their scores on important standardized tests, including the SAT, ACT, and AP exams. He supplements coursework during the academic year, providing support with challenging topics, enriching curricula, building study skills, and preparing for major exams. With the company, he has guided students through the college application process, propelling them to success at top universities like Colgate, Wesleyan, and Boston University.

When not working with his musician friends, Connor loves a cozy evening with a board game or a cup of tea and a good book, particularly thought-provoking nonfiction.
