This is not a self-reported average — it is based on documented before-and-after results.
- Baseline score: official SAT, official PSAT, or Ivy Bound full-length diagnostic
- Post-program score: official College Board SAT score report
- Minimum program completion: at least the core class curriculum or 10+ hours of private tutoring
- Students who did not submit post-program scores are not included in the average

SAT Essentials (22 hours of live instruction, 4 practice exams) is best for students with a clear test date 8–12 weeks out who want focused, efficient prep. SAT Premier (29 hours, 2 private tutoring hours, 6 practice exams, unlimited Helpline) is best for students aiming for ambitious score goals, highly selective colleges, or significant merit scholarship opportunities. The Helpline in Premier includes live group Zoom sessions every Wednesday evening — so students never get stuck between sessions.
When should my student start SAT prep?
Most students test between March and June of junior year. Starting in 9th or 10th grade gives more time to build vocabulary, reading skills, and math fluency before the test.
